Standard couriers (JNE, J&T): 2–4 working days within Java, 4–7 days outside Java. Same-day (Gojek, Grab) is available for Greater Jakarta with a separate fee.
We email you the tracking number once the parcel is handed to the courier. You can also see it at /account/orders/<order-number>.
Free shipping applies to orders over Rp 500,000 anywhere in Java. Promos can change — always check the checkout page.
Bank Transfer Virtual Account (BCA, Mandiri, BNI, BRI, BSI, Permata, CIMB), E-Wallets (OVO, ShopeePay, DANA, LinkAja, AstraPay), QRIS — scannable from any bank/e-wallet app — and Pay at Outlet (Alfamart, Indomaret, Alfamidi).
The invoice is valid for 24 hours from when the order is created. After that the order is auto-cancelled and the stock is released.
Yes. Payments are processed by a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified provider — we never store your card details or account balance on our servers.
Yes, within 14 days of receiving it. The item must be unworn, labels intact, original packaging. Refunds are processed within 3–7 working days after we receive the item back.
We offer a free size exchange (once per order) within the first 14 days. Contact CS to arrange the reshipment.
Photograph the defect and send it to CS on WhatsApp within 3 days of receipt. We’ll replace it or refund 100% — shipping included.
Yes. Your account was migrated automatically. To log in for the first time on the new system, click "Forgot password" — we’ll email a reset link and you can set a new password.
The account email can’t be changed by yourself (for security). Contact CS with verification info (your last order number + phone number) if you need to move email.
Every Kasual product is designed and made in Indonesia by our in-house team. We use selected premium fabrics with strict QC before anything ships to a customer.
Every product has a size chart on its detail page. If you’re between two sizes, take the larger one — we offer a free size exchange once per order.
